Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return cost and arrange collection or provide a prepaid label.

Our vegan leather is water-resistant, which is a bonus over traditional leather that can develop mould when wet.
